At Body & Soul Therapies, each practice is rooted in ancient traditions and backed by science, offering a modern, practical approach to supporting both body and mind.

 

Every session focuses on what your body needs most, whether that’s calming stress, releasing tension, or supporting your nervous system. 

THESE THERAPIES go beyond RELAXATION.

They can quiet a busy mind, improve sleep, and give you space to reconnect with yourself. The result is a sense of ease, grounding, and presence in your daily life, with positive effects that ripple into everything from your energy to your mood and overall wellbeing.

Your body doesn’t open, heal, or regulate through force – it responds to safety, not pressure. What matters most is that you feel safe, seen, and supported exactly as you are. Not as something to fix, but as someone whose body has been doing its best to cope.
 

It’s easy to believe that tension, overwhelm, or anxiety is “just who you are,” but it’s often just a pattern your nervous system learned along the way. When we create space to soften - your system starts to recognise safety again. What felt stuck can begin to move.

This isn't about performing or getting it perfect.  It's about coming home to yourself.

For years, my body was trying to tell me something - through teeth grinding, panic attacks, anxiety, OCD thoughts, and autoimmunity. I was stuck in fight or flight, and no amount of thinking my way through it was working.

What changed wasn't learning to fix myself. It was learning to listen.

I work through clinical reflexology and science-backed breathwork, using a body-led approach to support the nervous system, release stored tension, and help you reconnect to yourself.

This work isn’t about fixing or forcing - it’s about awareness. Whether through intuitive bodywork, breath, or workshops, you’ll begin to feel more grounded, more connected, and more flexibility in your nervous system (the way it’s meant to be) - not stuck in survival mode.

Each session is completely tailored, meeting you exactly where you’re at, helping your system find safety, balance, and space to recalibrate itself.

Our bodies are always working for us - finding balance, even when it doesn’t always feel that way.

Everything I offer comes from both experience and study -

learning how to listen to your own rhythm when it’s given the right space.

My own experience of searching for answers shaped a lot of this path, and so did the simple truth that I’ve always been drawn to helping people. I’ve been there, trying to fix everything at once, caught in endless loops of OCD thoughts, anxiety, panic attacks, grinding my teeth, and developing adult-onset psoriasis.

 

We aren’t taught how to self-soothe, calm our system, or recognise when we’ve reached our capacity - which is fundamentally so important, so our stress levels aren’t constantly bubbling away.

 

I believe that when we soften into ourselves, we become a happier version of who we already are. And my expertise is helping you do just that. 

ways we can work together

I’ve trained with the Complementary Therapy School, completed practitioner course with Breath-Body Therapy and CORE Fascia Release Level 1, and taken a personal TRE course for my own development. These experiences inform the way I work and allow me to guide you safely and effectively through the practices I offer.
