At Body & Soul Therapies, each practice is rooted in ancient traditions and backed by science, offering a modern, practical approach to supporting both body and mind.
Every session focuses on what your body needs most, whether that’s calming stress, releasing tension, or supporting your nervous system.

Everything I offer comes from both experience and study -
learning how to listen to your own rhythm when it’s given the right space.
My own experience of searching for answers shaped a lot of this path, and so did the simple truth that I’ve always been drawn to helping people. I’ve been there, trying to fix everything at once, caught in endless loops of OCD thoughts, anxiety, panic attacks, grinding my teeth, and developing adult-onset psoriasis.
We aren’t taught how to self-soothe, calm our system, or recognise when we’ve reached our capacity - which is fundamentally so important, so our stress levels aren’t constantly bubbling away.
I believe that when we soften into ourselves, we become a happier version of who we already are. And my expertise is helping you do just that.
ways we can work together
I’ve trained with the Complementary Therapy School, completed practitioner course with Breath-Body Therapy and CORE Fascia Release Level 1, and taken a personal TRE course for my own development. These experiences inform the way I work and allow me to guide you safely and effectively through the practices I offer.
