TERMS and CONDITIONS
Effective Date: 1st November 2025
By booking or attending a session, workshop, or program with Body and Soul Holistic Therapies, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
I offer wellness and complementary health services including (but not limited to) reflexology, breathwork, nervous-system support, and related holistic practices. These services are not a substitute for medical care. Always consult a qualified medical professional for diagnosis or treatment of medical conditions.
2. Bookings, Packages & Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice for single 1:1 in-person sessions will be charged in full.

Late arrivals may result in a shorter session so that subsequent appointments can run on time.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased.
Programs and courses:

Payment is required in full before the program starts, unless a payment plan has been agreed in advance.

The program consists of 4 weekly sessions starting on the agreed start date. Once a program has started, fees are non-refundable. All missed sessions are forfeited.

Late cancellations: If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, a late-cancellation fee of £55 will apply. Missed sessions cannot be carried over to the following week. Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule within the same week, but this cannot be guaranteed.

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund for the affected session(s).
3. Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any relevant health conditions, medication, or injuries before each session. This ensures treatment is suitable and safe.
I reserve the right to decline or modify a session if I believe it may not be appropriate for your current condition.
4. Liability
All services are delivered with professional care and skill. However, each person’s response to treatment varies.By attending a session or program, you accept full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing and acknowledge that results cannot be guaranteed. Body and Soul Holistic Therapies accepts no liability for any loss, injury, or damages arising from participation, except where caused by proven negligence.
5. Refunds
Once a session or program has taken place, refunds are not typically available except in exceptional circumstances or where required by law.
6. Website Use
All content, text, images, and materials on this website are the property of Body and Soul Holistic Therapies and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
7. Fair Trading & Consumer Rights
Body and Soul Holistic Therapies follows UK consumer law. All terms are designed to be fair, transparent, and to balance the rights of both client and practitioner. If I am unable to provide a booked service, you will always be offered a refund or rescheduled session.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be handled under Scottish jurisdiction.
