Full payment is required at booking. Gift vouchers are non-refundable. Single sessions: Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged in full. Packages: Packages are Non-refundable once you have begun the package. Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours. If I cancel: You'll be offered a replacement session or a refund within 3-5 business days.

A weekend of proper rest, nurturing, connection and care ~ a wee bit of time away from the busyness of everyday life, surrounded by hills and proper Scottish fresh air. There’s honestly nothing like getting out the city and having good fresh air with no noise of traffic and Edinburgh fringe busyness !!!

You’ll have your own jacuzzi outside your pod, time to soak up all the therapies in the tipi, eat delicious homemade food, make some lovely new connections and just have a proper chance to slow down.

There’s also the outdoor spa with the sauna, cold plunge, outdoor shower and jacuzzi, beautiful walk nearby and natural water if you fancy a dip.

And the sun is meant to be out Friday, Saturday and Sunday🥹☀️

Just a lovely weekend to slow down, breathe, reconnect and be looked after!

There’s a bit more to us than the retreat hosts you see on the website…

I actually followed Anna on Instagram and messaged her, which eventually led to her inviting me to one of her sound baths. We met up to chat about potentially collaborating and pretty quickly realised we had a lot more in common than just an idea for a collab event..

We’d both travelled a lot when we were younger, lived a few different versions of ourselves and eventually found ourselves wanting to create a lifestyle that felt more sustainable - one that actually allowed us to look after ourselves along the way.

We’d also both found our own forms of healing through the practices we eventually went on to study. I trained in reflexology, breathwork and fascia & Anna studied psychotherapy, Reiki and yoga.

We have a pretty similar belief: life is absolutely for living. We’re not interested in wellness that means never having a late night, never drinking a glass of wine or never allowing for mistakes.

We like to have a balance, it’s not always perfectly balanced, it’s not always sunshine and rainbows but we do feel internally grateful we have practices that we can come back to that keep us grounded, connected and feeling good in ourselves.

We are really passionate about our work but thankfully don’t always take life too seriously 👼🤍✨

I hadn’t seen this client in over a year, someone who was constant and used my treatments to cope with overwhelm. Things got better, time passed, and then life curveballs appeared again.
