Our breath is constantly influenced by everything ~what we eat, overthinking, life events, work stress, body-con dresses, high waisted jeans, holding your stomach in to feel more skinny. From childhood through to adulthood, these patterns can become habits that restrict the diaphragm and leave the breath feeling stuck.
