What You'll Experience
A gentle evening of breath, body, and botanical ritual. This workshop guides you through a layered breathwork practice designed to release tension and regulate your nervous system, followed by a tea ceremony where you'll learn to blend your own calming herbal tea to take home. We'll close with self-reflexology techniques you can use anytime you need grounding—simple, accessible tools you can carry with you.
Inclusions
45-minute guided breathwork session (lying down, fully supported)
Nervous system education: understanding your body's stress response and how to shift it
Tea blending ceremony with organic herbs (chamomile, tulsi, rose, lavender, lemon balm)
Self-reflexology tutorial: learn key pressure points for calm and sleep
Your own hand-blended tea to take home (approx. 50g in a reusable tin)
Light seasonal snacks and herbal infusions throughout
Printed guide with breathwork practices and reflexology maps

What Should I Bring?
Wear comfortable, loose clothing (you'll be lying down). Bring a journal if you'd like to take notes. All mats, blankets, and props provided.
