Life feels different when you let go of all that tension in your feet you’ve normalised. All my treatments include reflexology - a full body effect☁️

From feeling completely disconnected and go go go to learning how to slow down and enjoy your own company!

This client come every 3 week and this is her 3rd treatment and we are already seeing huge improvements🤍

We discuss your needs and focus but if I’m drawn to an area or I feel something needs more attention this will worked on during your treatment. Sometimes we don’t always know what’s making us feel off ˚☽˚.⋆

Reset can mean a lot of things, but in this session it meant giving the body space to shift out of stress mode and into a state where it can recalibrate and recover.
Moving from a sympathetic (fight or flight) into a parasympathetic (rest and digest) state - even for an hour helps the body remember how to slow down and catch up.A blended journey treatment is reflexology and breathwork which supports the nervous system and your whole body.

Everything is being processed in the background so quickly we aren’t supposed to notice… it’s only the result we’re left with that we question. Taking time out to actually soothe our mind and body is also being picked up and processed - create balance ✨
