Event Description:
A two-hour experience combining layered, body-led breathwork with stillness, tea, and connection.
We'll move through a guided breath practice designed to release tension, stimulate the vagus nerve, and help your nervous system find ease. After, we'll settle into quiet space with hand-blended tea to nourish and ground.
This is a small group setting (max 12 people) - a chance to regulate, learn, and feel connected to yourself and others.
