This nervous system-focused session combines ear reflexology, diaphragm work, guided breathwork, and foot reflexology to help you unwind, reconnect, and restore balance from head to toe. Who It's For: Anyone seeking restorative, body-led work. For those who want to release and reconnect to their body, and be met exactly where they are. How It Supports You: Unwind tension and restore nervous system balance. Reconnect with your breath, calm, and flow. Rest, listen, and allow your body to integrate what it's been holding. What's Included: • Ear reflexology for grounding and balance • Diaphragm work to release stuck areas and improve breath flow • Guided breathwork woven throughout to support your nervous system • Foot reflexology and body scan to close with full-body awareness Please Note: This is a women-only treatment in a trauma-aware space. After booking, you'll receive a short intake form to help me understand where you're at and adapt the session to meet you as you are.

Full payment is required at booking. Gift vouchers are non-refundable. Single sessions: Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged in full. Packages: Packages are Non-refundable once you have begun the package. Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours. If I cancel: You'll be offered a replacement session or a refund.
