WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE...

At the centre of Body & Soul Therapies it's helping people reconnect with their bodies, release held tension, and feel safe enough to soften. You may arrive feeling tense, disconnected, overwhelmed, physically braced, emotionally full, exhausted, unable to switch off, or struggling to settle, especially at night. These experiences can become familiar that they feel normal. Feeling safe enough to soften means giving your body the opportunity to experience something different. As the body begins to let go of held pressure and protective patterns which can present in the symptoms above instead of constantly running on empty, you can begin to feel calmer, more settled, and better able to cope with everyday life. My approach combines reflexology, breathwork, and fascia-focused techniques to support this process. Together, we'll explore where you are now, where you'd like to be and create a treatment plan that supports your individual needs and goals. This package is designed to help you feel more relaxed, more rested, and better able to switch off and recharge. This package includes three 60 minute treatments designed to build on each other and support lasting change. Book your first appointment, and during that session we'll schedule the remaining treatments. To maintain momentum and achieve the best results, there should be no more than one month between appointments.
